Description

Designed to assess the English language skills of children between the ages of seven and twelve, the Cambridge English: Young Learners (YLE) tests introduce students to everyday written and spoken English, and are an excellent way for them to gain confidence and improve their English.

The tests are available at three assessment levels:

1.Pre A1 Starters (YLE Starters) is the first of three Cambridge English: Young Learners (YLE) tests for children between the ages of 7 and 12.

2.A1 Movers (YLE Movers) is the second of three Cambridge English: Young Learners (YLE) tests for children between the ages of 7 and 12. The test will encourage your child to communicate in real life situations in English and create a positive attitude to language tests.

3.A2 Flyers is the third of three Cambridge English Qualifications designed for young learners. These tests introduce children to everyday written and spoken English and are an excellent way for them to gain confidence and improve their English.The tests are written around familiar topics and focus on the skills needed to communicate effectively in English through listening, speaking, reading and writing.

  • KET -A2 key & A2 key (KET) for schools 

Description

The Cambridge English: A2 Key (KET) & A2 Key (KET) for Schools qualification shows that you can communicate in basic English in everyday situations and will help you prepare for higher level Cambridge English qualifications.

You should take the A2 Key (KET) & A2 Key (KET) for Schools if you have done about 250 hours of study or practice and can speak, write and understand basic English. This exam is the first step in building your English language skills for future study.There are three parts to the exam. You do the Reading and Writing, and the Listening papers on the same day. You may need to return to do the Speaking on a different day. You do the Speaking with two examiners and one other exam candidate.

  • PET-B1 Preliminary & B1 Preliminary ( PET) for schools

Description

The Cambridge English: B1 Preliminary (PET) & B1 Preliminary (PET) for Schools qualification shows that you can communicate in English in practical, everyday situations. It will give you a good foundation if you want to study for higher level Cambridge English qualifications.Studying for the B1 Preliminary (PET) & B1 Preliminary (PET) for Schools will improve your English so that you can communicate when traveling or dealing with English speakers.

There are three parts to the exam. You do the Reading and Writing, and the Listening papers on the same day. You may need to return to do the Speaking on a different day. You do the Speaking with two examiners and one other exam candidate.

  • B2 (FCE) First Certificate 

Description

The Cambridge First Certificate English (FCE) Preparation program is a strong intermediate level qualification for people who need to prove they can use everyday written and spoken English for work or study purposes. Our Cambridge FCE Exam Preparation Course is structured to help students achieve the best possible results in the FCE examination.

The Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE) & B2 First (FCE) for Schools – formerly known as Cambridge Lower or Cambridge First Certificate in English – qualification proves that you can speak and write English well enough to study or work in an English-speaking environment.

You should study for the B2 First (FCE) & B2 First (FCE) for Schools if you want to study a foundation level or pre-university course taught in English, work in an English-speaking business or live in an English-speaking country.

There are four parts to the exam. You will complete the Reading and Use of English, Writing, and Listening papers on the same day. The Speaking may be on a different day. You do the Speaking with two examiners and one other exam candidate.

  • C1 Advanced (CAE )

Description

The Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) is recognised by employers as proof of advanced ability in English and also by universities and vocational colleges. Our Cambridge CAE Exam Preparation Course will provide you with intensive instruction of the skills and techniques you need to do well in the CAE examination.

The Cambridge English: C1 Advanced (CAE) qualification shows that your English is of a standard expected of a professional business person or an undergraduate university student.You should take the C1 Advanced (CAE) if you want to prove to employers or universities that you can communicate confidently in English in professional and high level academic situations.

There are four parts to the exam. You will complete the Reading and Use of English, Writing, and Listening papers on the same day. The Speaking may be on a different day. You do the Speaking with two examiners and one other exam candidate.

  • C2 Proficiency ( CPE )

Description 

The Cambridge English: C2 Proficiency (CPE) – formerly known as Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English – qualification shows that you have mastered English to an exceptional level and can use it fluently in demanding research, academic and professional situations. This is the highest Cambridge English qualification.

You should take the C2 Proficiency (CPE) if you want to prove to employers that you can use English at a senior management level, or if you want to study at postgraduate or PhD level at an English-speaking university.
